The amount of imbalance that occurs during the daily production of a rotating object is the main cause of product failure. 1. The transmission belt does not meet the requirements and there are obvious seams.
2. The output signal of the sensor is not normal.
3. The fastening screws at the parts that can be moved on the support frame are not fastened.
4. The height of the left and right supports is high and low, so that the rotor is tilted left and right or the plane of the journal is rubbed against the support.

6. The bearing block is seriously worn or the roller jumps.

8. The photoelectric head of the dynamic balancing machine is not aligned with the reflective paper, the mirror surface of the photoelectric head is blurred, and the position of the photoelectric head is skewed to cause angular deviation.
