One. Prepare a motor rotor with a mass of 1 to 5 tons, install the rotor on the balancer and connect it to the universal joint.
two. Measure the position size (A, B, C, R1, R2) of the rotor on the balancing machine and record that the unit of size is mm.

3: the distance between the right measuring surface and the right support roller;
4: The left measuring surface measures the distance from the measuring point to the balance axis;
5: The left measuring surface measures the distance from the measuring point to the balance axis.
three. According to the support state of the rotor on the balancer and the size of the balance measuring surface, the support state (n0=1), A, B, C, R1, R2
four. Start the balancing machine and minimize the amount of unbalance of the workpiece (or compensate to the minimum). The balance speed is between 300r/min and 650r/min.
